Shipping and delivery information

RomperJack will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) after placing an order for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Please make sure that your PayPal or Apple Pay address is up to date, as the delivery address will automatically be inputted if paying with either of those. We ship to the address provided via website checkout, but glitches happen when you use PayPal or Apple Pay. Once you check out and submit an order, you must immediately email [email protected] to change anything. So please double-check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out. Once your order is placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address, size, or color. Orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible.

RomperJack is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages marked as delivered but “not received” are the responsibility of you and the shipping carrier. Please contact your shipping carrier for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. Please purchase shipping/return insurance to ensure worry free delivery.

Domestic Delivery

Shipping rates for deliveries within the continental United States are as follows.

Please note that such promotions are subject to terms and conditions that will be provided when such offers are available on the website, and that in all instances, free shipping promotions are valid only within the Continental United States. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

US Standard (delivery 5 - 8 days after shipping): $7.95

US Priority (delivery 2 - 5 days after shipping): $12.95

International Delivery

Delivery of products purchased from RomperJack shall occur, and risk of loss and title to products shall pass to the customer when RomperJack transfers the products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which the customer’s order is shipped. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

International Standard (delivery 7 - 16 days after shipping): $24.95 to $29.00

International Express (delivery 4 - 8 days after shipping): $37.00 to $49.00

Customs Fees (if applicable)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. RomperJack is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
