Our return and exchange policiesUpdated a month ago

Returns and exchanges are authorized for store credit for unworn products with the product label attached. Damaged or defective products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery.
  • Store credit will be issued for all returns and exchanges. You will receive an email with an e-gift card code. Store credit does not expire.
  • The customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label to return or exchange a product. 
  • We do not give refunds to the original form of payment unless the product is damaged or defective. 
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Once your return item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected for damage and wear and tear. Your return or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Final sale items and mystery box orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from RomperJack. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments 

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns or worn items. We will not accept anything with animal hair, stains, or smell (e.g., cologne or body odor). If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.
